Separation of main activities:

Spinning off electricity transportation - organization of ZAO "Regionalnye electricheskie seti" or CJSC "Regional Electric Grid".

Spinning off the system reliability control and the energy system dispatching functions - organization of ZAO "Novosibirsk regionalny dispechersky tsentr" or CJSC "Novosibirsk Regional Dispatching Center".
