PLANNING

The objectives of the business planning subsystem of Novosibirskenergo are monitoring of the performance indicators of the Company; development of the future and current plans of the Company, as well as the consolidated plans that include subsidiaries and daughter companies, which demonstrate efficiency of the planned activities (production plans, transmission plans, sales plans); calculation of economically justifiable electricity and heat tariffs, charges for electricity (capacity) transmission through subsidiary "Electric Grid", and prices of other services offered in the regional market.

The business planning and tariff policy subsystem consists of the following departments: Tariff and Business Planning Department, Planned Balances and Performance Indicators Department, and Business Plans Execution Control and Reporting Department. The subsystem has the following goals:

general development of future and consolidated plans of the Company as a whole, as well as plans broken down by activities;

development of production and supply balances for electricity and capacity;

participation in the FOREM electricity wholesale market;

calculation of economically justifiable electricity and heat tariffs, charges for electricity (capacity) transmission by the grid;

comprehensive economic analysis of performance of the Company and daughter companies;

summary reports based upon performance indicators of the Company;

involvement in the contracting work of the Company;

coordination of planning with subsidiaries and daughter companies.
