OPERATIONAL

Operational management of the Company is carried out through a production-technical subsystem, activities of which are aimed towards centralized organization of equipment operation and systematic analysis of main technical and economic indicators of the Company's performance. The objective of operational management is to increase reliability, safety, and effectiveness of equipment operation, quality assurance of electricity and heat, and prompt elimination of fuel over-consumption and correction of equipment operation modes.

The subsystem of operational management of Novosibirskenergo includes: Production-Technical Department, Electric Equipment Reliability Department, Repairs Office, and Labor Safety Office, activities of which are aimed towards the following goals:

development of the production program;

organization of industrial reliability and safety;

long-term and current planning, analysis of execution of the planned technical and economic indicators for electric stations and the grid;

planning of output, technical and economic indicators for electric stations for participation in electricity trade sessions depending on the heat production, and day-to-day analysis of equipment utilization modes;

analysis of execution of production and targeted programs, and organization of overall reports;

licensing, technical documentation and materials support;

organization, management, and control of the loss reduction work;

decision making on the composition and utilization of equipment;

regulation and planning of technical and commercial electricity losses.
