The objective of subsystem of materials supply management is stability of the system and reduction of costs to Novosibirskenergo, daughter companies, and subsidiaries through supply of material resources at rational prices.
The structure of the subsystem of materials supply management includes Automotive and Tractor Services Department, Prices Analysis and Regulation Department, Fuel Supply Planning Department, and Administrative Support Services Department, which have the following goals:
 supply of materials and fuel;
logistics of material flows;
logistics of warehouses;
monitoring of the price policy of Novosibirskenergo, subsidiaries, and daughter companies.
To achieve the goals and the objective, and for effective coordination of the processes, the subsystem of material supply of Novosibirskenergo performs the following functions:
procurement of material resources and parts at minimal cost and at minimal prices;
searching for and selection of suppliers;
organization of transportation of supplies;
warehouse operations.
