The largest share (77.8%) of assets is the share of fixed assets that is a characteristic of majority of power companies, taking into account industry's high capital requirements. In comparison to 2002, there is a decrease by 2.8 percentage points in the fixed assets' share that is explained by greater growth of current assets as compared to fixed assets.

Due to transfer of fixed assets into capital of the newly founded 100 percent daughter companies, the structure of long-term assets has changed.
Dynamics of the structure of long-term assets is characterized by:
 decrease in the share of fixed assets from 78.6% to 77.8%;
 increase in the share of long-term financial investment by 1.5 percentage points;
 decrease in the share of construction in progress by 0.7 percentage points from 20.1% to 19.4%.

Dynamics of the structure of current assets is characterized by the change in the following indicators:
 significant decrease in the share of receivables, its share in the current assets has decreased from 53.6% to 34.1%;
 significant increase in the share of cash and short-term financial investment by 19.7 percentage points;
 increase in the share of VAT on procured valuables by 3.8 percentage points;
 decrease in the share of inventories from 17.5% to 13.5%.
