Designed electric capacity of the energy system, MWatt |
 |
In 2004 the established electric and thermal capacity of the energy system was increased by 180 MWatt and 275 Gkal/hour respectively. These results were achieved in the course of implementation of the Novosibirksenergo OSJC investment program to launch the energy unit st. 6 at TPP-5, renovation of the water boiler КVGМ-50 and the installation of the steam boiler BEM-25/1,4-270 at Barabinskaia TPP. In addition, in 2004, a significant amount of resources has been utilized to install turbine st. 14 with the capacity of 110 MW at TPP-3, the launch thereof anticipated early in 2005 (the turbine’s test shot took place in December 2004).
In 2005, the electric and thermal capacity of the energy system will be 2,857 MW and 6,878 Gcal/hour respectively, which will meet electric power demand of the Novosibirsk region for the next 7-10 years and will also allow to bring in new consumers.
As of 1 January 2005, the length of the route overhead transmission lines on the balance of Novosibirskenergo OSJC is:
